Mobile Device Access

Other examples include allowing us to know when you are about to arrive to pick up your order after you check in. We may be able to recognize the location of a mobile device through the use of Bluetooth technology.
• Location Information: In some locations, we may work with third party partners that collect location and movement data from your mobile device when you’re using a mobile app configured for this purpose.

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

The data we receive is dependent on that third party’s policies and your privacy settings on that third-party site.We may offer Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint authentication as a log-in method if you access the Service through an Apple or Android device equipped with authentication technology. We are only notified as to whether the authentication was successful and cannot access the data associated with the enrolled fingerprint. • Information Provided by Others: From time to time, we may receive information about you from other third parties and other users. For example we may obtain information from our marketing partners or from third parties to enhance or supplement our existing user information. For What Purposes Does Company Use Your Personal Information?

We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop and improve the Services, such as to fulfill your requests for products or to help us personalize our Services or market to you. We also use your personal information to support our business functions, such as fraud prevention, marketing, and legal functions. These purposes include:

Are Children Allowed to Use Services?
